All Marxon products purchased on come with a limited warranty (warranty) as set out below. BY USING Marxon PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE Marxon LIMITED WARRANTY.


We provide a limited warranty for purchases on The warranty period is measured  starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.

Exclusions and Limitations


Marxon’s warranty does not apply to:


  • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes,s and such).
  • Defects or damage caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation contrary to official instructions or manuals;
  • Defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
  • Non-quality related issues.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Items that have been refunded;
  • Items that have expired their warranty period;
  • Used for special applications other than normal consumer use.
  • Lost /stolen/free/refunded product.
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes.
  • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Please provide a valid purchase voucher, including purchase channel, order number, shipping tracking number, and the order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel or other information.


Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address to item was originally shipped to)


*The defective item’s serial number (usually on the bottom of the product) and/or visible proof (eg: A short video) depicting the defect will be required.


Refund & Return

We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee(We only provide a prepaid return label for quality problem products. Other than that, customers need to pay for the return shipping fee.). This only applies to products purchased directly from For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.


Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale. In addition, the shipped orders and cannot be refunded during transportation.


When we receive your return or refund request, it will take us within 3 business days to confirm if you request is eligible for a return or refund.

As soon as your request has been confirmed, we either ship you a replacement or issue a refund.

Normally, the refund will be processed within seven business days. The refund will be credited back to your payment provider. If you have trouble in finding the refund, please kindly wait for a few days. Depending on the bank and your payment provider, it could take a few days to process the refund. Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).


How to Claim Your Warranty?

  3. You can simply describe your needs or issues you encounter with the product. The attached video would greatly assist us in understanding your issue and assisting you in a short time as soon as possible.
  4. If your item is eligible for Marxon Warranty Policy, you will receive a prepaid shipping label*. Please follow the instructions on how to properly package and return the item safely. Please follow the instructions above before you ship out the products.
  5. Marxon will proceed with replacement 15 business days* after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.


*Please note that delivery is subject to changes caused by force majeure. All replacement items will follow the same warranty time frame as the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is later.
