Universal Shipment processing time 


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


U.S Domestic Shipping Policy ships to addresses within the U.S. 48 contiguous states, and does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please consult before ordering.


Shipping Cost


For this website, shipping is free on orders above US$100. On orders below US$100, shipping cost varies depending on the product size, weight and the location to which the product(s) will be delivered.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Normally, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You could contact FedEx: 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS Domestic: 1-888-742-5877 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.


We will keep you posted if any emergency happens and the order can not ship. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.




Can I change my delivery address?


If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us at and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. Please note that, after your order has been shipped out of warehouse, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
